IH cooperatlon wlth the county health department sponsored a two day sernes or health conferences for chlldren m the flrst elght grades who wen: selected by their teachers and the exammmg nurses for further xammatlon by br riuntley, head of the county health department A total ot 55 chlldren from 49 fanulxes were exammed and recommendatlons for treatment made Seven chlldren from the rural schools of the township also were brought m to the conference The plans for next year mclude health exammatxons Ior all chxldren from Kmder garden through the 12th grade m the Clmton schools Offlcers or the commg year s actxvltxes mclude Mrs Guy Hoover presldent Mrs Many Werth vice presldent Mrs John Admon, secretary Mrs Clarence Helmdmger K J luotleu The Band Mother's Club IS an organizatlon composed of the. mothers of the band members It sponsors the band, keeps the band umforms ln order, and renders assxstance to the Dlrectors of the Muslc Department wnenever necessary.
