SENIOR YEAR Our senior year fell upon us all to soon! We started off in a fast pace and swung into our Disco Dance. The senior class was awarded Best Play entitled, What Ever Happened to Good Old Ebenezer Scrooge? We also received honors for Best Supporting Actress and Actor, Heide Eriksen and Paul Garofoli. How could we ever forget our rival for the football season. Milford! We had the pleasure of welcoming Senator Edward M. Brooke to C.H.S. to give us an insight on foreign, national, and state affairs. Our final turn approached us, but as we turned there was an obstacle the Blizzard of ' 78. The finale of our senior year began with the measuring for our caps-n-gowns, rehearsal, singing our class song, and decisions that would be our guidelines for the future.

JUNIOR YEAR We launched our Junior Year and under the guidance of our class officers: Paul Garofoli, Tim Kittredge, Lee Gos- selin, and Barbara Gleason. The Middle School Cafetorium hosted our first semi- formal dance, The Junior Fall Hop. Reigning as queen was Mary Jean McNally. Attended by Adele Valley, Roxane Bouchard, Susan Magowan, Lee Gosselin, Julie Moore, and Diane Rieth as her court. In March, President Jimmy Carter left us with a lasting impression of how Clinton will long remember the night he chose our town in his Meet the People campaign. The social highlight of the year was the Prom held at Alphonse ' s Powder Mill in Maynard. It was an enchant- ing evening remembered by all. Chosen as queen was Cindy Kittredge. Joining her were Maureen McNamara, Mary Gannon, Julie Murrman, Karen Gauthier, Adele Valley, and Teresa Crowley as her court. i
