JOHN LAWRENCE EOX Everyone in the senior class knows him by “Foxy,” as he is usually called. John is unemployed at the present but has a partime job every now and then. He plans on entering college in the fall and take up Physical Education. His outside activities include his great participation at American Turners Gymnastics. CHRISTINE ELLEN FREEL “Chris” is a short unhurried miss, who bubbles over with pep and personality. Popular with everyone she has a large circle of friends. She’s always ready to lend a helping hand and a sincere smile is her trademark. She takes things in a relaxed fashion, and her sense of humor and smile are never wanting. KAREN JANE GANNON Willingness and prettiness just seem to blend perfectly with Karen. An attractive senior miss with a friendly disposition and a vivacious personality, Karen has acquired a host of friends during her high school years. One of our energetic cheerleaders, she could al ways be seen at all our sports activities. That, however, did not interfere with her studies, for she has continuously maintained her name on the honor roll. We know that Karen will make a conscientious and excellent teacher. The Class of ’65 wishes her luck and success in her future endeavors. MARY PATRICIA GAUGHAN Pat, “Fuz” as she is sometimes called, is noted for her friendly disposition and wonderful personality. She has been an active participant in extra-curricular activi- ties and can always be found where there is fun or a good time to be had. Pat will always be remembered for her constant laugh and her sense of humor, which have won her an array of life-long friends. Pat has chosen hairdressing as a career and the Class of ’65 wishes her success. His pleasant disposi- tion and ever-prevailing humor has gained him many friends. An avid sportsman he has excelled himself many times on the gridiron and may be found as a spectator at all other sports. Ed has maintained good grades and plans to attend college after graduation. I GAYLE MARY FARRINGTON Gayle is one of the most fun-loving girls of our class, and can always be found in the midst of excitement. Her personality and sense of humor have gained her many friends during her four years at C.H.S. Gayle’s future plans are not as yet definite, but we know that she will be a great success in whatever she may undertake. Good luck, Gayle, from all your classmates. Kappa Delta Phi, Junior Prom Committee, Gregg Artist Awards, Pep Club. JOANNE MARY FEMINO Pretty, energetic, and a pleasing personality are words that describe Joanne per- fectly. As co-captain of our cheerleaders, she has displayed her school spirit at all our sports activities. Her beauty was recognized when she was chosen as Oueen of our Junior Prom. Joanne plans to become a French teacher and with her charming personality the Class of ’65 has confidence of her success and wishes her the best of luck wherever she may go. WALTER LEO FERGUSON Wally is an unassuming type of person with a decidedly carefree personality. Wherever noise and laughter is found, Wally can’t be far away. To this happy-go- lucky lad, studying is secondary. With his pleasant mischievous natu re, he has established for himself many lasting friends in his four years at C.H.S. Her friendly smile has won her many friends at C.H.S. Always willing to give a i helping hand, she is a loyal Pep Club member and supports our team all the way. During her spare time in school, she may be found in the office delivering notices for Mr. Gibbons. Her plans for the future are as yet indefinite, but whatever she may ever undertake, we know that she will be a success. PAUL CLIFTON GENTSCH Paul is one of the more quiet members of our class and is a staunch supporter of class ventures. Paul is quite an avid hobbyist; his model train layout is quite impressive to say the least. After graduation, it appears he will continue his hobby on a large scale, entering the construction field. Best wishes for success and happiness from the class of ’65. Tau Sigma, Junior Prom Committee. JAMES BRIAN GEORGE Here we have “Jim,” who is better known to his friends as “George.” One of the more popular boys in the class, “George” has made many friends at C.H.S. Liking sports, “George” chose football to show his athletic ability. Although seldom seen with books, he has managed to keep good grades. “George” has not revealed his plans for the future, but we know with his friendly manner he will be a success in whatever he chooses. Tau Sigma, Junior Prom Committee, Math Club, Student Council, Football 1, 4. JOSEPH VICTOR GIANSANTE An introduction to “Joe” is unnecessary for he is known and well liked by every- one. With his ready friendliness, he has won himself a host of friends at C.H.S. This can be proven by the fact that he has been elected class treasurer all four years of high school. His plans for the future are indefinite but the Class of “65” knows he will succeed in any field he pursues. Tau Sigma, Junior Prom Committee, Math Club, Class Treasurer, Football, Base- ball, Basketball. BARBARA ANN GIANSANTI “Barb” is a cute miss who can always be found where there is fun and excitement. She is one of our most popular girls and has proved this by being our class secretary for three years. She is one of our senior twirlers and a loyal supporter of our team. With all Barbara’s fine qualities the Class of ’65 knows she will succeed in her future plans. He knows just the time a joke is sorely needed and makes friends wherever he goes. His favorite pastime is playing pool which he plays quite well, for he was in a 1 tournament and did rather well for himself. Although his job takes up much of his time, he still does well enough in his school work and has the time to entertain his friends with his sense of humor. Paul hasn’t revealed his future plans to us as yet, but the Class of ’65 sends best wishes to him and we know that he’ll make his mark in the world. Tau Sigma, Junior Prom Committee. 27
