As a result of this brief encounter, we hope that you have grown personally and educationally and that you better understand the human experience. We also hope that you have improved and enhanced those skills that will enable you to function more successfully in a demanding and complex world. The Clinton Spirit Party was elected into office on February 11th. Rick Dams is President of the SGA. J im Wangler is the Vice-President. All members of the SCA serve one-year terms in office. After the term is up, elections are held again. At this time the incumbent members may run for re-election if they so choose. Any vacant seats in the government may either filled through election or through appointment by the SCA President.
