Hod son named Homecoming Queen Kathy Hodson was crowned the 1984-85 Homecom- ing Queen by a vote of the student body. Her court consisted of Michaele Thompson, Kim Jarrett, Amy Hosteter, Amy Shoup, and Cindy Strange. The crowd enjoyed a parade of banners and music by the high school band during half time. The traditional outside games were enjoyed by the students the day of the game. o

The Junior-Senior Prom was held this year in the Moose Lodge. The Moose was deco- rated in light and dark blue streamers, the theme of this year's prom was Sea of Love. The band. Just Friends, provided music all night. The post prom was held at the elemen- tary school. There we had casino games to play, a refreshment table serving pizza, na- chos. and drinks. Also we had live entertain- ment from teachers as well as students. Brian Turner and Scott Davision, Roger Suhre provided us with music such as: Purple Haze — Living After Midnight. Richie Smith, Chris Burns. Dean Wyrick, Tom Wyrick, Brian Newton lip sing and dance to Pac Man Fever as Dr. Video. IV

Class is represented well Ellen McDonald was named the 1984-85 Hardwood Queen. Her court consisted of Freshman Lea Thompson. Sophomore Tammy Bowman, Junior Susan Shoup, and Seniors Debra Quakenbush and Katarina Jonsson. The crown bearer was Justin Phillips and the flower girl was Rae Ann Hutchinson. After the game, the students en- joyed a dance sponsored by the Student Council. ii
