MUSIC PATRONS William Kinsler, president; Ed Crum, first vice president; Mrs. Jess Smith, treasurer; Mrs. Raymond Pugh, secretary; Floyd Johnson, second vice president; Vernon Unger, third vice president. Music Patrons help out. Alton Purciful, Wayne Morton, Floyd Johnson Add a little more and watch ‘em giggle. There were seven Music Patrons meet- ings. Food was served at all home basket- ball games. A Chicken Bar-B-Que was held Oct. 5. Jan. 27 was Senior awards night. The following provided entertainment for the regular meetings: Freshman Chorus, Jr. Hi. Band, Jr. Hi. Chorus, and the flute trio, Mary Lou Dow, Connie Johnson, and Mary L. Kinsler, a sax solo by Jane Cripe. There were several purchases made by the organization this year: extra silverware for the Bar-B-Que; acoustical shells for the band and chorus; Dance Band drum outfit; Jr. Hi. Music; Risers for the Chorus; stoles for Choir robes; awards: transportation for the band and chorus; a tenor sax; extra Majorette uniforms. Refreshments were served at all the meet- ings. A cordial invitation was extended to all parents to attend all meetings. So the chicken still had its feathers. Hee! Hee! Dorothy Pugh, Secretary — 17 -
