The fossils of the plants and animals are in the five geological periods in Indiana. These periods were colored on the map. The fossils in these periods were lain in corresponding materials of the same color. Tags on the specimens showed their relation- ship to the data of the plant and animal phylum on the chart. The exhibit took first place in the Clinton Central Science Fair and third place in the Senior Biological Division of the Regional Science Fair at Purdue. Mr. Cole of the Science Department presented her the winning award. Pop corn poppers with plenty of pep — Carolyn Huffer and Kay Fearnow. -29-
