DAVID L. HAMBLIN, SUPERINTENDENT The road to success is not run by seven-leagued boots. Step by step, bit by bit: that is the way to wisdom, to glory or to success. The high-road of human welfare lies along the old highway of well-doing, persistency, and true effort. Your school hopes for each of you. not worldly renown, but the true success which attends even the most obscure men and women who, unknown to the world at large, do each day noble deeds, have noble thoughts, and follow the way of duty. Mr. Hamblin depends upon Mrs. Thompson and Mrs. McCain to keep records, arrange appointments and check supplies. Their indis- pensable service helps to keep Clinton Central oper- ating at its best.
