JOSEPH C. SMIDDY--Director of Clinch ARCHER JONES, Dean of Clinch Valley Valley College. College. The University of Virginia Advisory Committee at Clinch Valley From the beginning of the college at Clinch Valley, a local group of citizens in Wise and neighboring areas has worked to establish the college and advise officials at the University of Virginia. The members of the advisory committee have given of their time and talents to promote the growth of the college. The director of the college and the president of the university have long recognized the group of loyal supporters as being the driving force behind the excellent support given to us by the community. Members of the present committee are: Messrs. Delegate Orby L. Cantrell, chairman of the Committee: Paul Fugate, Carl Hamilton, Judge M. M. Long, Jr., Judge Horace Combs, Professor J. H. T.
