Y5 GWB g Feb 9 at 8 30 m 16 eager girls and 3 chap erons left Climbing Hill for the trip to Des Moines and the state tournament Upon arrival, we toured the Capital Building and the museum Then we scatter ed and went shopping At 5 30 we met at the hotel and proceeded to the games Following the games journeyed back to the hotel where we spent a fun filled and sleepless night The next morning we arose bright and early and prepared for our trip homeward We arriv in C Hill at 3 O0 p m , tired but happy SENIOR SNEAK DAY On Wed., May 8, the Seniors awoke bright and early and set forth on their trip to Omaha. Upon arrival we tour- ed Boy's Town which was very interesting. Next we visited the Union Pacific Museum. Following this we were enter tained at a delicious lunch at Brandeis after which we did some shopping in the store. Next we all journeyed to the Municipal Airport where some of us ventured to take an airplane ride. Also we visited the control tower Then we went to Offut Air- force Base where we were ta- ken on a tour by a WAF. The days sights were climaxed by supper and a movie.
