There is no such thing as making one can of soup in the cafeteria- it comes in gallons. The cafeteria offers a diversified and nutritious menu The next-to-impossible job of satisfying 3,200 appetities is accomplished by Mrs. Gladys Oeser and her cafeteria staff. Working behind the scenes, these women daily prepare lunches that are varied and of sound nutritional value. The finished products go on the line in the faculty cafeteria.
