CLASS PROPHECY The year is late in the eighties and the wonderful Class of '67 is happily spread over the continent. The upcoming graduates have decided to see what their predecessors have done since graduation from C.F.C.S. Let's find out_ RUSHTON DOWLING is now a champion wrestler for the Wide World of Sports. I hear he really tames 'em. WAYNE HAYES is an international playboy in the heart of ol' Cranberry Lake. And to think he was the quiet one of the class! ROSEMARY HUMBLE cooks all the Church Suppers in Oswegatchie. Those lunches in the cafeteria at C.F.C.S. really come in handy, don't they, Dub? OLYMBIA KEITH is the First Lady of the N.Y. S. Ranger School. I hear the entrance age has gone up. GEORGE KELLEY has founded a home for worn-out wrestlers. You should see the gym--all rubber! CATHY EDDY is now the proud mother of two boys, three teddy bears, and nine frogs. VICKI MCKENNEY, we are happy to say, always was faithful to the cheering squad. She's still out there yelling for the Indians: Scalp 'em! KAREN PARVESE is still driving the old green Ford, from Fine to Oswegatchie. When a woman is determined, there's no stopping her; right, Karen? SUSAN POHL is now a Hell Driver for Jack Koch- man. She really does quite a wheelie. DANIEL SMITH has his own pool hall in Cran- berry Lake. He doesn't have to run down to the Evergreen any more. GORDON TAY- LOR is now teaching Business Math in C.F.C.S. Those classes really come in handy; huh, Gordie? JAMES THIVIERGE owns a large farm on the Ridge. He seldom comes down.. .makes a person wonder. BARBARA BARTLETT now owns George Cummings' old store. The gossip is still strong and the cooler is emptier. JAMES BERO is Second- ary Supervisor for C.F.C.S, Keep up the good work, Jim. CHERYL BULLOCK resides in Star Lake and is a check-out girl at Cleavers'. Business is really picking up. DIXIE BURKE, the quiet one in our class, is now a go-go girl in the lounge of the Ho- tel Woodruff. DELPHA DAFOE drives a school bus for Clifton-Fine. The toughest part of the job is taking the gum off the seats she put there in 1967. SHERRY DANIELS is now a famous rock 'n roll singer. She really plays a hot set of drums. SCOT FRASER recently won acclaim by canoeing from the source of the Oswegatchie to the St. Law- rence River in twenty-four hours. LARRY GORE owns the Conifer Inn. Tupper Lake isn't so far away any more, is it? DOUGLAS HAWLEY surprised us all and got married the day after graduation. At last count, he was the proud father, of an even dozen. DAVID HODGE has just written a book on one hundred and one ways of getting out of study halls. JACKIE HOOVEN is still giving those parties in Cranberry. It's too bad your mother doesn't work night shift any more. HAROLD JEROME is the star basketball player for the Globe Trotters. A perfect score of foul shots: he made 0 out of.. .100?? DIANE KERR carries a shabby notebook from the Home Ec. 4 class, muttering «Where did I go wrong? DREW KERR is the sole owner of the Kerr Bros. Sales and Service. .1 hear the sales aren't so good, but the service is great. RICHARD KERR is head mechan- ic for Drew. I wonder why there are so few cars around. JANICE KING owns a lily-pad shop. She grows and sells her own swamps in the heart of Wanakena. ERNEST KINNEY is representing Star Lake in the New York State Bowling tournaments. He can really strike up a good game. SALLY KOZIAL is emcee for the «Queen for a Day show. High school experience came in handy. CHARLES MARSH is the milkman here in Star Lake. KENNETH MYERS' world land speed record was recently smashed by GAIL LEONARD at Bonneville Salt Flats. RICHARD RICE is now playing opposite Ginger Rodgers. Dick always was a good dancer. DAVID ROWAND is first trumpet player for Lawrence Welk. He really likes those bubbles. ALFRED SHEARD is head of the ABC Board; the drinking age has gone down. PATSY SHENE sits home a lot; her Secondary Supervisor attends many late-hour Board meetings. PATRICIA SMALL now drives a fuel truck for Small's Fuel Service. No fuel; she just drives the truck. JAMES TERRY has bought Bill O'Neil's grill. Pepsi on the house! SUE TROMBLEY is home economics teacher here at C.F.C.S. She has co-ed classes now; it makes it more interesting. MICHAEL WRIGHT is owner of the A P in Newton Falls. MARIE ADAMS is a night club singer in New York City. She can break a glass at ten yards with her high C. Would you believe a low C at four yards? CYNTHIA BABBITT is owner of the Enchanted Forest. The closer to Old Forge, the better. KAREN BULLOCK is supervisor of the N. Y. S. vocational schools. DIANE CAMPBELL is picketing Washington against long hair. Her slogan is «Big Hairy Deal! LARRY COLE is the official hole-puncher of the life saver industry. MICHAEL DECORA is still struggling with the sports section of the 1967 Mountain Echo: the dead- line wasn’t met after all. DONALD FOLEY is a referee for the N. Y. S. Basketball Association. STEPHEN GOLDEN is still repaying Mr. Faubert for all the proofreading mistakes he made in the '67 Mountain Echo. SALLY GOTHAM is the number one gig- gler of the year. She broke her own last year's record with 127 hours of giggles. BER- NARD KERR is a state trooper for the Fine area. He is doing quite well with only two arrests in the last ten years. GREG KERR is a barber. He can straighten hair better now than he could in high school. PAT JONES is a permanent resident of Fine. She has taken over her mother-in-law's Avon business. SUE KING is now the proud owner of Chappel's. Her fondest wish came true. ALAN LEGAULT is the new Schultz on «Ho- gan's Heroes. KATIE POHL has recently returned from deep, dark Africa, after be- ing on a wild-animal hunt. She doesn't kill, but she can tame anything. NORVA ROHDE, who loves to sing, is an opera star. Her latest show was in the Alps, singing Far Away on a Hill . RICHARD SNIDER is now the Baptist minister in Oswegatchie. MARY SANTIMAW is now gym instructor at C. F.C.S. I wonder if she still spends as much time falling down as she used to. MIKE PETERSON is now the world's heavy- weight champion. He recently defeated the aging Cassius Clay. GLEN PHILLIPS is the new American history teacher at Clifton-Fine. It seems Rank Lloyd Fright is on the agenda. NANCY SHENE is chairman of a nation-wide debate club. I hear she got all her practice in those good old American history classes. HELEN SHENE is lead clarinetist in Benny Goodman's band. She can trill like a hound dog's tooth. ROY SMITH was so deeply convinced by those old Charlie Brown stories that every year on Hallowe'en he sits and waits for the Giant Pumpkin. BONNIE TAYLOR is one of the leaders in today's fashions. Still love those short skirts, eh Bon? DAVID TERRY has signed up with Van Zile Tours to drive bus for any future Senior trips. CHERE WIT- TERS is the owner of the pharmacy in Star Lake. It was just last week that she gave a woman with a sore throat pills to cure diarrhea. JOAN THOMAS has refilmed the «Wizard of Oz . She is starring as the Cowardly Lion. ANDREA HENSHAW has just killed the eggplant that ate Chicago, and is now gobbling it up. DON MILLS is teaching Industrial Arts here and sells sawdust on the side. HAROLD PICKERING is now an astronaut: he is still flying high, as he used to at Chappel's. NANCY SULLIVAN is flying along with Harold as the first American woman astronaut. JO PREMO sure has changed; she now gets summer employment by playing the Fat Lady at the Gouverneur Fair. DAVID CAMPBELL is using his engineering talents to design and build doll houses.
