J HIS year at Cleveland Hill we enloyed a club rogram bursting with activity and educational value All students participating gained experuence and nowledge that can only be acquired from a vigorous and smooth running co curricular program The activities ranged from sknng to the discussion of mathematical pro blems The variety of clubs offered met the many interests of the students There were many additions to the general program which had been functioning durmg the preceeding years Among them were the Math Club, Sk: Club, Great Books Club, and Junior Service Club The Ski Club enloyed ma d mery Park Slopes, with the n s I expert They also planned a trlp to Alleghen State Park The Math Club spent much time In discussions and social activities T ey also added another building stone to their mathematical foundation Great books have always been very Interesting topics for discussion and the Great Books Club members, realizing thus, passed many pleasant hours together doing lust that We have mentioned only a few of the new activities In which we participated Each of the others was equally fine and the hours we spent with teachers and friends were pleasant and rewarding Truly we can be proud ofa school which shows such great mterest In its students and their character bulldmg actlvltles 71 N ' ' ny won erful times on our own athletic field and the E ' instruction of an Austria k' .
