Our question on the title page, Where Are You Going? is asked of those of us who are either unsure ofour life's plan or who need to reevaluate the road they are presently traveling. Cleveland Tech, too, is going places: the route that our college has been traveling lor the past lif- l ii' Q. D teen years is one of dedicated ser- vice to ClCYClill1fl founty and sur- rounding areas. The excellence of our programs has also attracted students from several foreign countries. According to schedule. the shop area ol' our building program was ready for service in the tall quar- ter ol' 1980: in the spring ol' 1981, our library. classrooms and of- fices are due for completion. ll'hile physical facilities do not in themselves insure quality educa- tion. they do help create an ati mosphere wherein well-qualified. concyned instructors can help direct the ambitions of a growing student community.
