An imposing structure dedi- cated to the study of natural and experimental phi- losophy. In the depths of basement labs, whining motors and testing machines turn to provide long report data for Mechanicals and Civils. First floor thrills are provided by electricity labs and theory courses in all departments. A well- equipped library as well as faculty offices complete the layout. Second floor means drawing rooms for all depart- ments including the Civils ' classrooms. Pop ' s playboys cover the entire top floor with plenty of space provided for all drawing boards and classrooms.
