The privates in C Company swear by him. Straw- berry is a firm believer in not letting his studies inter- fere with his education. He left us during his Freshman year to attend the Naval Academy. However, fortune favored him not, and he; returned to Clemson. In studies and athletics, Navy has shown great ability. Make-up work trouble Navy, and he troubled his classmates with his near jokes. His smiles, electricity, and tales of up yonder will provide a home somewhere for him. He entered Clemson in ' 09. when quite a small lad; but, after remaining in college for one year, he decided that the Class of 13 did not suit him. so he stayed out of College a year, and joined the Class of ' 14. He was struck with a bright idea soon after entering college, and he has never fully recovered. We predict a glorious future for this youngster.
