He will lie missed in the good old C. A. C, for his long, military strides and his mute way of singing. He has the distinction at the veterinary clinics of being able to pre- scribe for only one kind of disease, that is, for a hungrv horse. Among his many accomplishments may be men- tioned song-writing. He is the author of the hundred-verse ballad, Oh, de crown him Lord of all. His gymnas- tic feets have been, and ahvavswill be a wonder to his associates. 22
