Fashion News: Trends of the 80's rends at CHS this year varied with the s e a s o n s , b u t everything from punk to preppy could be found. Fall started out the year with a new type of jewelry. Twister beads became a hot item among the young ladies at CHS. The guys got into the action by wearing oxfords and ropers. With spring came a flourish of col- orful new fashions. Bright, colorful plastic sandals made a big splash, along with shorter skirts and crop- ped pants. The movie l'Flashdance also brought out a new line of fashions, including the cropped T-shirt and off-the-shoulder shirts. With all the new clothes also came new, exciting accessories. Bliz- zard glasses, Gucci bags, checked hats and shoes and bold bright earr- ings and necklaces created a whole new look for '84ll d
