The jallopy was a fine Buick touring car purchased from Coleman Motor Company the first week of April, 1913, by the late E. J. Zimmerman for a cash sum of S1380.00, no trade-in, no installments. It was driven from the right front, equipped with gas and kerosene lights, smooth tires costing 840.00 each and running their guaranteed mileage of 1,000 miles sometimes. It was junked after running 25,000 miles in six years. On April 1st, 1913, E. J. Zimmerman started a small business on N. Main by the name of City Electric 8: Auto Supply Company, mainly for the purpose of training his children how to make a living. Since then the Zimmerman family has had employment for a combined total of 125 years and in the same line of business. We are happy to serve our community with automobile parts, electrical supplies, and other lines essential to the community. ZIMMERMAN'S---Cash, Ed, Emil, Frances, and Louis. That cake looks plenty good, said Lou. They all look good, though, said Cloyce, That's because they are made from the finest ingredients and these ingredients are so carefully blended, said Carolyn. That's right, Carolyn. It pays to use the best, and we abide by that policy, said Mr. Payne. SCHEPPS BAKERY -.Al 2- Katherine, don't they have the nicest selection of gifts and costume jewelry here? asked Barbara. They certainly do, and their clothes are grand, too.
