THE TIGER STAFF RECALLS FOR YOU . . F O R E MEMORIES OF THE YEAR . . W O R D The excitement of another year is gone ... a certain quietness takes its place . . . the separa- tion from friends, classmates, and teachers will leave the campus in quiet solitude until the cycle begins again. Suddenly we realize that the year is gone . . . that the pre- sent has become the past . . . all our activities are now but memories, but through the pic- tures and activities presented in this yearbook, our school days will be remembered and cherished in mind and heart forever. URNECOUNTY CHORUS Sing her praise?, Alma Mater, over hill and dale, Hail to thee our dear old High School, Cleburne County High. When our days at school are ended and our work is done. There will be our Alma Mater proudly looking on. HIGH SCHOO We, the Senior Class of 1963, dedicate this 17th edition of The Tiger to the memory of Thomas Jefferson Roberts - fellow student, athlete, and friend. We remember Tommy with fond memories of all the yesterdays we shared together. We admired and cheered Tommy as a Tiger Football Player, and we respected him as a fellow student at Cleburne County High School. We dedicate this yearbook in hopes that it will serve as a means of expressing our continuing love for one who has gone on to life eternal.
