OUR PRINCIPAL AND VICE PRINCIPAL MR. EDWIN E. STENGER, Principal With this, the 1973 issue of the TRAILBLAZER, an era in the e d u c a t i o n a I development of the Clear Spring area comes to a close. This will be the last Yearbook issued in our present building. As the new building progresses, and the beams and blocks begin to stand against the sky, 1 am sure that we all have mixed feelings about leaving the old familiar and going to the new and unfamiliar. There will also be many changes which will bring with them many pro- blems. There will also be many things which will not change and will tend to create the ongoing sta- bility so much needed in any venture. Regardless of how new the buildings and programs may be, they may not necessarily be better unless we make them better. The important thing for all of us to remem- ber is that buildings and programs are created by people and it is with the people that success or fail- ure come about. 6 MR. J.
