FOREWORD The publication of a yearbook is in- deed a great task. But with the aid of those persons who felt the initiative, resourcefulness, loyalty, and love for their school this task was surpassed, I personally would like to express my sincere gratitude to those two persons who devoted their time in order to make the '69 HORNET possible. Mrs. B. L. Davis, our beloved Commerce teacher, thank-you for the unselfish hours spent recording our assets and debts. Mr. E. R. Mason, our patient Science instructor, thank-you for the endless time consum- ing problems you faced and solved. To the Yearbook Staff, thank-you for your concentrated effort to make this year- book a reality and not a dream, Mr. : Tyler, our gratitude for all the coopera- tion you bestowed upon us is deeply appreciated. To our fellow schoolmates, as well as Faculty members of Clear Run H.S.; I wish to thank-you for your help in the publication of this yearbook, As I reminisce the hours of the day spent working together with the Staff toward one common goal, I feel a warm ray Of pride within me. DEDICATION We, the members of the Senior Class of 1969 with love, a mixed emotion of happiness that we have reached a milestone; and sadness that we must depart, do dedicate this the '1969' ' HORNET to our beloved Principal, Faculty, and Student Body. Our Principal and members of the faculty have served as patient and experienced guides in directing our steps toward the realm of the future. The members of the student body have shared our joys and disap- pointments and encouraged our efforts to the cause of education, It is therefore, with deepest gratitude and undying love that we make this dedication.
