Basketball Ranks Second With 19 wins and three losses, the eighth grade A basketball team had a well performed season gain- ing a second place in district. The A team was hampered by Kevin Cohn's ankle injury early in the year and he was not able to play in many of the games. 36 The A team attended three tour- naments and placed at each. Brad Godwin was high point scorer overall with an average of 17.1 points per game. The B team high point scorer was Marty Carney. A., ,. ..
