Rain seemed to be the jinx for the Warriors this season. After scoring points and yielding zero points, the Warriors lost a muddy battle to Turtle Lake. After an impressive victory over Cameron, and a dramatic come-from-behind Homecoming victory the Warriors lost to Shell Lake in the rain, sleet and mud. Bruce--rain, mud; behind with seconds to go; Craig Mitchell plunges over from the two and the jinx is broken. With this win the Warriors capture second place in the Lakeland Conference. 25
