The band has given concerts at the Lions Club, the Rotary Club, the 500 Club, and also a Winter Concert for the public. During the year the band has played at Luther College and Cresco High School. The band has appeared in various places, including the Mason City Bancl Festival, the Northwood Viking's Day, the Clear Lake Fourth of Iuly Pa- rade, Governor's Day and Band Day at Ames. The band played at home foot- ball games, and was the official band to meet Vice President Nixon at the Mason City Municipal Airport on his speaking tour in October. 48
