The business managers and their assistants had charge of subscriptions, contributions, and other fund raising activities. The literary editor and her assistants had charge of the descriptions of each organization, the seniors' activities through the years, the senior memories, and the wills and proph- ecies. The picture editor and her assistants had charge of having the pictures taken, naming each person in the pictures, and laying out the annual as it was to appear in final form.
