COACHES CHUCK EDWARDS Chuck Edwards is a math and science teacher. He attended Iowa State Teachers' College at Cedar Falls, Iowa where 'he majored in the sciences and minored in math and Safety Education. During his last two years he was on the varsity wrestling team. After graduating. he taught his first year at lesup where he taught only science. He came to Clear Lake this fall. As well as being assistant coach, he also has charge of the newly organized golf team. Chuck Edwards is also the sponsor of the Science Club. DEL MULLY DYLE MARTIN Dyle Martin was our football and track coach this year. He received his B. A. from Simpson and his M. A. from Drake University. While in college Mr. Martin played football, track and baseball. He served in the Coast Guard. He taught 3 years at Tama, Iowa. Mr. Martin teaches physical education and social science. Del Mully was our baseball and basketball coach. This was his first year here and he did a wonderful job. He started attend-ing college at Iowa State Teachers College when the war interrupted his progress. He went into the armed services in 1943. After two years, he went back to T. C. to finish his schooling. He majored in physical education and minored in mathematics and commercial subjects. While in college he played bas- ketball. Last year he taught at St. Olaf. Mr. Mully teaches algebra and driver training.
