Each month a committee plans some act of charity, thus giving every Hi Tri girl a chance to give service The meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month under the sponsorship of Mrs. Arleigh Eddy. Some oi the high lights that every Hi Tri girl will remember are the candlelight ceremony in the fall, the formal dance in February, the Mothers' Tea, and the Senior Breakfast in May. The Business Club was organized in 1951 to give students a Wholesome attitude toward all types of Work, to enlighten them regarding vocational facts to be considered by each individual in formulating his occupational objectives: and to provide patterns to serve as guides in choice and forma- tion of a life purpose and a career. In addition to the vocational objective, the Club aims to inspire in their members a desire to fulfill the great aim in education-good citizenship. The Business Club's spirit of guidance is typified by the words: Citizen- ship, Character, Careers.
