Mr. Zoranski led us Through the beginning years of our high school career. He worked hard to make our class a success as was seen in our Junior Prom and other activities. He was not only a great advisor but also a good friend. Mr. Buscemi and Mr. Kollmeier were our advisors for our last and busiest year of highschool. They' helped us through our Washington trip, graduation, and many other activities with untiring effort. So it is, with gratitude and deep affection, that we dedicate this book to them. Administration C.H.S. welcomed many new faces to its faculty this year. We all agree our adminis- tration did a great iob in preparing our new school for us, although we found it rather difficult to carry our own waste paper, write with dull pencils, and re-use paper for awhile. Although the record was not exceptionally good, many of the games were very close and with a few breaks Clayton might have won them. As the score indicates, the game was very tightly contested and was not decided until the final gun. McMahon Some erasers will never erase again, some pencils are going to Pencil Heaven . . . the yearbook is finished. The year has been frantically alive, the editors have been going gray. The Clipper is a brain child, sometimes monster, born in the mind of Wanda Banks. lt grew strong through the toil of a hard working staff. It had good days when the copy and photos came in on time, bad days when nothing came in. Some days the typists were nimble-fingered, some days there were no typists. Cut of chaos, confusion, and desperate calm, the Clipper was made, out of the minds and hearts of the staff, it comes to you. We hope you liked it. It was fun for us, but not enough that we would start again tomorrow, even if we had the strength. -.,-:. t-'i '-iit ig 's:w52i. tas ' ' a w w, ai. It is comprised of homeroom representatives, class officers, and elected officers from the senior class. This year's officers were the following: President, John Donaghy, Vice- President, Bruce Smallwood, Secretary, June Williams, Treasurer, Toni Earley.
