T. arsity Football The highlight of the Greyhound football sea- son did not come until thc end of the year, when half-hack Chuck Lohr was chosen for the All- district team. Although he played in only five games, his amazing ground-gaining record of I2 yards per try and all-round play earned him this honor. The rest of the team aided him greatly hy superior blocking and line play. Prospects for a great year were high, when in the lirst two encounters we ran over Kirkwood and highly favored lklaplewood. But the whole story of the Clayton season was told in our game with St. Charles. For here Lohr broke his collar- bone and although the team staved oil many at- tacks, we lost our first conference game and dropped to second place in the Little Five, never to regain the top spot again.
