The IQSOSI cross country season was capped by Mark Albaugh's appearance at the State Tournament, where he finished 40th in Ohio. The team placed third in districts. The Golden Shoe Award was won by Albaugh, and Kevin Barker won the IOO7, Award. The team finished IO-3 in Dual meets, beating Cambridge, Riverview, Fairless, Northwest, Trinity Christian, Ridgewood, Cambridge, Massillon, Carrollton and Lakeland, and losing to St. Thomas, Meadowbrook and Canton McKinley. They finished first at the Newcomerstown Invitational out of I5 teams, first of ten teams at the Dover Invita- tional, sixth out of 27 teams at the Malone Invitational, fourth of 8 teams at the Carrollton Invitational and second of 9 teams at the Cambridge Invitational. 3
