Annual dance begins holiday season Starry-eyed couples dance to the strains of the Keynotes in the setting of an old-fashioned Christmas. A Wintery night, Christmas trees, fancy dresses and the beautiful strains of the Keynotes ushered in the holiday season for all Clayites at the second annual Christmas Dance. Candle- chandeliers, murals, holiday greens, and decor- ated Christmas trees adorned the Clay gym, and put all in a festive and romantic holiday mood. The arrival of Santa Claus gave all the girls a chance to tell Santa their very special Christ- mas wish. At the hour of eleven o'clock dreamy Clayites left the dance humming the strains of WHITE CHRISTMAS, filled with the Christ- mas spirit and ready to begin their holiday sea- son. Among the couples enjoying the gay atmosphere are Mark Johnston and Liese Davis, and Sue Holloway and Al Jones. Santa appears to highlight the evening. Playing the jolly old guy is jolly Dean Call. -17-
