MR. LLOYD M. ESTES, PRINCIPAL Our Principal, Mr. Estes, is new to us, but he is not new to Classen. He previously served Classen for thirteen years in the capacities of teacher and Assistant Principal. He has also served as Principal and Assistant Principal of several Oklahoma City schools before returning to Classen this year. After receiving his diploma from Moore High School, he went on to Central State College to earn his BS degree. Since receiving his masteris degree in education at Oklahoma Univer- sity, he has taken many additional courses offered by various colleges. We're glad to have you back, Mr. Estes! Handling discipline problems, maintaining attendance records, and organizing student activities are the major duties of our Assistant Principal, Mr. Ralph Risdon. Mr. Risdon received his BS degree from Central State College and his master's degree from Oklahoma Uni- versity. He received an Associate BS Degree from Connor State Junior, College. Mr. Risdon has gained much experience as a counselor, coach, and Assistant Principal. He has accomplished a great deal dur- ing his three years at Classen. Blfim HENDERSON BS, OSU Registrar MS, OSU Counselor, Grades 7 and,8 Classen's counselors have a great responsibility to all of the students, and yet they continually meet that challenge which is presented daily. They enroll students and advise them in planning their schedules. They organize and super- vise the testing programs. They are available to help stu- dents with their future plans and preparations for college. They have a busy schedule, but the counselors can always find the time to help someone with his problems.
