www-3' As the world gets smaller in this jet age and the peoples of every country become close neighbors, it becomes more and more important to understand and speak fluently the languages of other countries. Students at Classen have the opportunity of taking at least one of three foreign languages, Four years of Latin are offered, and two years of French and Spanish. Miss Ruth Snell is Latin teacher, Mrs. Linda Harris teaches French, and Spanish students are taught by Mrs. Ann Fowler and Mrs. Sonia Lombardo. Mrs. Lombardo's students are exceptionally lucky because she is from Puerto Rico and can give them the benefit of native speech.
