ENGLISH Essential in the drama of life were the courses in English which were the founda- tion for an appreciation of literature, and drama. Also, it was the basis for correct oral and written expressions in our chosen fields. The English department has by far the most important job to perform in teaching the youth of today to make a better world for themselves tomorrow, in further learning to understand not only their own neighbors but their neighbors from foreign lands. Special interests were developed in joumalism, Orbit, Creative writing, English History, Business English and reading courses.
