Hell Hounds Sweetheart Carlene Kueffer became the first Hell Hound sweet- heart when she was presented with a yellow satin jacket at the annual preview following the Classen-Central foot- ball game. Ray Biggerstaff, president, and Don Best presented the jacket and introduced the nominees. Blue jacket Queen lwlarjorie Arnold was crowned as the 1942-1943 Blue Iacket queen at the annual Thanksgiving dance, Nov. 28. The ceremony included a kiss from her escort, Ioe Hoff- man, president. She received the traditional white velveteen jacket with Blue Jacket Queen across the back and her name on the front. She was crowned in Comet Capers by Captain Bob Thacker, with a fancy bit of oscularion, and a gold football helmet.
