We want our students to know that these things are the results of the labors of our foresighted ancestors and that if we want these things to endure, we must keep ourselves informed and be as willing to work for this cause as they were. It is our hope that through the study of geography and history of the World our students will become informed of our position and responsibilities in this World. x . .2 1 Leach Shelton Department Wilkinson Bob Mills Chris Neilson Don Healy Floyd Vincent il. is , '2 g f 5 ' Q My R .fp .- ' 'A 9, - t .,., ' 1' w W ,A H ,Q ,-9 A .V V , , Q, 4 V.-: x H F +5 '. : I V - ,--v gg l f 2 T A LN' X Q iiiiallliifzgi M VK H T xt' T f if W Commercial Department A complete commercial curriculum is designed to prepare the student for employment in the various fields of business. The curriculum requires the successful completion of five courses o ere . For the student on the general curriculum, the commercial courses help to prepare the stu- dent for the business activities of home and personal life. They include legal information, writing and typing letters, and keeping personal accounts and records. Business also enters the col lege preparatory curriculum. The courses assist the student in typing term papers, manuscripts, letters, managing money, and many times provide a skill for part-time employment.
