The long bus ride blahs ... being late for class because you just couldn't get every- thing said in five minutes! As the day wears on, it becomes a constant struggle for survival ... teacher brutality the hot lunch program! unbearable study halls, and ... By mid-afternoon everyone's spirits are boosted ... Superintendent's Message 1 would like to convey my sincere congratulations and good wishes to you, the graduating seniors of 1972. You have been an asset to the school in promoting good will and in helping Clarksburg School to progress in its educational efforts. You shall be especially remembered for your interest in and leadership of the Christmas-giving program. It is my wish for you to take these attitudes with you and use them for the remainder of your life. Mr. Billy M. Crum Principal’s Message Seniors of 1972, I have certainly enjoyed this first year as your Princi pal. You have been a cooperative and mature group of young men and women with whom to work. Upon graduation, each of you will face new and challenging experi- ences, and will be confronted with new problems. Your attitude, deter- mination, and self-discipline will determine whether or not you are suc- cessful in conquering these new challenges. These challenges and the manner in which you meet them will determine your success or failure in life. flight on, brother! MR. GLEN BURTON Math Univ. of Tenn., B.S. MRS.
