As part of the preparation for the edition of the annual, members of the staff attended clinics at Aberdeen and Brookings. Discussions and material pertaining to the dummy copy were received at these meetings. ' Our first problem was to determine the con- tents of the book. Then followed the details which must be done in order to compile the copy to be sent in to the publishers. A day was set aside when our local photograph- er came and took pictures of the school's larger groups Other pictures were taken by members of the staff, We then went to work in arranging these pict- ures on the pages After the pictures were arrang- ed we set about doing our write-ups and captions. These were printed by the local printer.
