CHS choir provides ENJOYMENT Gr iris Glee. Mixed Choir. Madrigals, and Counterpoint made a busy schedule for the groups' advisor. Mrs. Marcia Neel. During the holiday season the Madrigals, donned in clothes from the Renaissance period, performed at the Broadway Southwest, the Boulevard Mall, the Rotary Club, and the Sunrise Hospital Volunteers Party. This unusual group performed both classical and contemporary selections for a large number of community groups. Girls’ Glee appeared at the Beverly Manor Rest Home and at a local credit union, as well as in the annual Christmas concert. Unlike the Madrigals, where an audition was required. Girls’ Glee membership was open to everyone. Counterpoint, the only pop vocal group, also required an audition. This group featured vocalists plus a band and technical crew, performing well-known hits like “Keep Feeling Fascination” and “Total Eclipse of the Heart. I.
