FBLA club attempts VENTURES Bl.A had a prosperous year during 1983-1984. Led by President David Chan, the business leaders had several tours to local businesses and also a successful trip to California. December was a busy month for the club as they sold magazines for their California trip. Each person earned a percentage of what he sold: the money was placed in an account for the individual. January also proved a big month, as computer-minded members visited EG G. Clearance checks had to be made on each person to avoid potential security risks. Another trip was planned to the new Nevada Power Company facility. The business leaders took third place on their entry in Christmas Tree Lane. Their entry, entitled “Mr. Bedrosian.
