Powder puff teams give a new dimension to the gome of football Sponsored by the Vorsify Club, the onnuol powder puff football gome sow two changes: the oddition of junior ond sophomore teams, ond the re-scheduling in February insreod of November. The seniors. Brod's Brewzers, were cooched by Brod Choddick, the juniors. J J s Jocks, by Jimmy Jock Yeomon; the sophomores. Bob s Renegodes. by Bob Peccole. The Brewzers ond Renegades competed in the first gome, o tight match of wits which wos morked by numerous penalties. The Renegades, quorrerbocked by Suson Fronk. relied on o running gome but were unoble to penetrore the Brewzers' defense. With o final score of 00. the teoms entered o sudden death ploy off in which Brewzer running bock Michelle McDonold went in for o touchdown to end the gome 60. Two doys loter J J's Jocks took the field against the victorious seniors. Utilizing o possing gome with o 5-2 defense, the Jocks attempted severol scoring drives which foiled. Brewzer Cothy De Lo Guerro galloped 32 yards for o touchdown, ond McDonold ron in for the extra point.
