Soccer Bunnies help kickers during season The Soccer Bunnies for 1981-82 consisted of 18 people who worked throughout rhe soccer seoson trying to build interest in the sport. They mode signs for every gome telling the time ond place. The S xcer Bunnies were important to the soccer team, keeping ond retrieveing gomes bolls while olso supplying oranges ond gum for the players, in oddition to cheering. Members earned money from boke soles ond Christmas stockings in December. The money went for oronges ond gum for the ployers, letters for club members, ond o bonquet or the end of the seoson. The Soccer Bunnies were chosen on the bosis of grades, post participation in school activities, ond o final interview. The Wrestlerettes worked oil summer ond throughout the school year raising money to purchase new uniforms ond to finance their onnuol trip with the wrestlers to Reno. Nevado for the state meet. During wrestling season the members were responsible for such things os keeping the official time, scorekeeping, ond cheering for the ream. Membership in Wrestlerettes wos bosed on grades, school activity participation, ond teocher recommendations.
