Counseling is given also in vocational planning. Assistance is given to students making decisions and adjustments in matters relating to personal conduct, study habits. careers. financial management, health, and spiritual values. The big forget this year has been counseling to students with low academic averages and students on ocodemic probation for assistance. The Counseling Development Pro- gram is aimed at increasing the numbet of students pursuing graduate and professional courses of study. The program consists of student's workshops on taking standardized en- trance examinations such 05 Th! MCAT, GRE, and the LSAT. A special Resume Writing Workshop was held on Consecutiv: Wednesdays in Holmes Hall. Tli technique is something that's helpfi for oil when looking forjobs. The Counseling Center is Iocatedii the lower basement of Holmes Ho and the Director is Ms. Kotie Ramsey. The Counseling Center's doors or: always open for suggestions in thei various programs and for developing new programs that will enhance the awareness of the student.
