There were a lot of changes made at Clark and a lot of changes made on the Panther Staff as well. We gained a new adviser and a new editor both for the first time in at least four years. Our staff has worked very hard to see that in spite of everything, the 1979 Panther was published. There were rough times as well as some very memorable times. There have been conflicts, distractions, uncooperativeness and tardiness from many of us involved with this production. In so many ways we let time paSs us by. We learned. We hope that this book, along with its most meaningful theme, can serve as a reminder that our college years are precious ones. We must take advantage of every given moment and seek to make something productive of it. We must become responsible individuals. We must take the knowledge that is stored here, the knowledge that our peers and faculty and administrators are trying to pass on to us and soak up as much of it as we possibly can. We must cherish each moment, each event, for we will never pass this way again. With Love and Gratitude to All Who Helped to Make This Production Possible, L011 Middleton Harris Editor-in-Chief WALSWOETH PUBLISHING COM PA NY MAMELINE .ulasoum. U34 er.
