As Director of the college's student recruitment program, Dean Hamilton has been highly success- ful in attracting bright young high school graduates to the college, travelling thousands of miles each year to publicize the institution. Among his achieve- ments in this area was his pioneer use of a movie fllm, which he produced, for showing at high schools, :1 tool now widely employed by other col- leges. Dean Hamilton is a native of Talladega, Alar bama. He is a graduate of Tailadega College and hdids the masters degree in guidance and counseling from- New York University.
