This is because oh Mary Elizabeth Williams, Libnanlan since 1962. Uns. Williams joined the iacuJLtij oh Venango Campus the yean, hollowing the institution ' s -Inception. She was instru- mental in the onA.gi.nat planning hon. and moving into the new llbnaxy building which opened in July, 1976. The blueprints o the hloor ' plan had disappointed hex because the total an.ea seemed inadequate. Consequently, the blueprints were changed and the h°- Jtlty was enlarged. She is a native oh Clarion. Clarion State College ' s own Vr. Dana Still was one oh hen. h orlte teachers dusting hen pn.e-ColZ.ege yeans. She received hen. Bachelor oh Science Vegn.ee h om Clarion State College. The University oh Pittsburgh awa ided hen. a Hasten. ' , Vegn.ee in Libnary Science. She has done additional graduate work at Pennsylvania State Univensity where she eaAned an Advanced Cenlihicate in Library and Tnhor- mation Science . Leisure time coupled with Many Williams ohten result in someone else ' s gain. The Venango Chorus has been honlunate to include hen. as a dedicated member since 1978. She has devoted her love and labors since 1976 to carehully hiding appropriate costumes and pn.openlles hon. the Campus play productions . She is active in many community ahh°lM such as the Ped Cr.oss Board, lonta, and vanlous other gn.oups. Mns . Williams has also served on several committees oh importance at both Venango Campus and Clarion Wain Campus . The Sean.ch Committee hor the Vixector oh CanZson Library [1982], and the Search Committee hor a new administrator at Venango Campus [19 S3) are two oh her most recent endeavors.
