C.E.C Council for Exceptional Children is a professional organization of individuals interested in working with and helping the handicapped. Their activities include monthly speakers and weekly visits to Polk. In conjunction with NSSHA, they held a Christmas party for handicapped children of the area. Accounting Club The Accounting Club was formed to encourage the interests of accounting students. Active participation of student mennbers in the National Association of Accoun- tants is also enabled, providing a means for the students to meet practicing accountants. Sigma Tau Delta Sigma Tau Delta is an English honor- ary, dedicated to promoting a sincere approach to English. This is accomplished through social activities and people inter- action.
