NSSHA The National Student Spe- ech and Hearing Assoc, is op- en to all students interested in various communications dis- orders. Last year, a two day symposium was held and ha- iled as one of the best in the organization ' s history. Dur- ing this year, the organ- ization held monthly mee- tings with featured speakers. In conjunction with CEC, they held a Christmas party for the clinic and special education children. Two field trips were made, one in the fall, the ot- her in the spring. A number of members also attended the national convention in Wash- ington, D.C. MENC Music Educators National Conference Student Chapter seeks to acquaint students with the mu- sic education profession through workshops, programs, performing groups, and discussions planned by the chapter throughout the year. Fubars The Fubars are not an organization or sorority. They do sponsor a twelve year old girl from Thailand through the Christian Children ' s fund. Pi Kappa Delta Pi Kappa Delta is the National Honor Society in Forensics. Students earn a right to membership in Pi Kappa Delta by participation on the Clarion Debate Team. S.E.T. was initiated in 1972 and has provided a creative outlet to both undergraduate and graduate students interested in various types of television production. This year S.E.T. was in- volved in several productions. In these productions, various members of the administration were interviewed by students.
