May next fail see his return. sm Hazel Bennett— With her changeable mood we find it rather hard to trace her tram of thought. She ' s a kindergarten primary training teacher t ! Earl Bonnett — . . . plucky athlete and scholar . . . remembered especially for anecdotal winter evenings in the upper dorm. ' onie back, boy, come back! Fern Brooks — . . . a gal of determination and level thought. Roman modes are known to her, for she is a Latin major. James Call . . . thespian and musician of the first water . . plagued with pianoitis, saxaphobia, clarinetitis, and-oh well, that ' ll suffice. Majors: history and English. Anna Mary Fox — Even though her majors are science and history, she finds plenty of time for both warbling and one Jewell. Laura Amsler Thiel College certificated Laura in the secondary ed- ucation field in mathematics. She came to C. S. T. C. this year as a post-graduate desirous of getting an addi- tional certificate in the elementary field. Laura is a quiet, studious person. Her extra-curricular activities are the Y. W. C. A. and the N. A. C. E. organizations. Her home is in St. Petersburg, Pennsylvania. Dora Boario Leechburg has given us Dora. She first received her bachelor of science degree in the elementary field in 1937. Returning this year, she completed her work in the secondary field, adding to her teaching credentials majors in English and social studies. She is a member of the Delta Sigma Epsilon sorority, and Pi Gamma Mu, honorary fraternity. Other extra-curricular activities include College Players, A Cappella Choir, and N. A. C. E. Elizareth Kanengeiser — Although we find Betty at times outspoken and opinionated, we know her heart is always warm. Ele- mentary division, her major. Roland Kirkland — An historian and geog- rapher — well read — has wide experiences and enjoys relating them — a good sport — going places. Benton Kribrs — Industriousness has made Bud one of the most admirable fellows on our campus. Gamut: from history-English to basketball-football. Dean McKinney — Bound to be interested in anything: be it pithecanthropus erectus or Minsky ' s. Hopes to be an historian and a geographer. Marian Renn — The College Players lay claim to her, and with good reason! Should become a splendid kindergarten instruct- ress in due time. Bernadine Stewart — Scientist . . . geog- rapher . . . faithful . . . good-natured co- operative . . . ever-working, ever seeking something: happiest with found, desired reference. Clayton Vogel — Pleasant . . . laughing . . . handsome . . . carefree . . . mathematician and scientist . . . may he return with Earl to his Alma Mater. Ardelle Whitman — Talkative . . . full of action, and likes plenty of it, until: yawn- time (defined as end of every date!) Primary work intrigues her. Joan Wolff — As an artist she knows her lines and colors. Joan may be small, but she ' s always willing to do what she can for you. Primary. Grace Moore — . . . quiet . . . likeable: when there ' s something good in life, you alwa3 ' S want (Ha!) Moore . . . insists she ' s no relation to THE Grace Moore. JUNIORS [27]
